How do I pay?
Your payments will be collected by direct debit.
Your first payment of £149 will be collected on contract signature.
Subsequent payments of £149 will be collected on the same day of the month and will continue for the period that we host and support your website.
Am I tied into a lengthy contract?
No.
Of course we would like to continue working with you and supporting your business far into the future but you are free to cancel your contract at any time without penalty.
We do require one months notice of cancellation.
If you decide to cancel then website hosting and support will cease. If you have been with us for a minimum of 12 months then ownership of the website will be transferred to you and you will be provided with all of the files that make up your website. Your business will still benefit from any of the other services that we have provided during the contracted period.
Why are you offering this at such a great price?
We will introduce our other marketing services to you from time to time but you are under no obligation to take any of these.
Couldn't I just get a free website from Wix or Squarespace?
Absolutely but what’s the cost in terms of your time to learn how to build a website and then put it all together?
The value in partnering with us is that you’ll have an expert who will take care of all of the technical aspects and provide you with a professional website that is designed to convert.
You will also have the ongoing support of an experienced local marketing professional, on hand to provide guidance and support as you grow your business online.
Can I request changes to the website?
We will change the colours of the website to match your branding and add your logo.
Where you don’t offer one of the default services we will remove the associated page. If you provide alternate services we can discuss adding them as replacements.
You are free to provide alternate content (words and/or images) to replace the default content.
The layout and structure of the website is fixed. The offer does not include changes to these elements.
I already have a domain name.
Great! We will provide guidance on how to associate your domain with your new website.
What do you need me to provide?
We want to make this process as hands-off as possible for you.
We will ask you to provide your logo (we can provide one for you if you don’t have one for an additional charge).
We will ask you to provide details on the colour scheme that you would like for the website.
We will ask you to provide some words for the About page.
If you would like to provide your own content or images for the service pages then you are free to do so.
We will ask you to provide us with your business address.
If you already have a Google Business Profile (formerly GMB) then we will ask you for Manager level access.
If you do not have a Google Business Profile we will provide guidance on setting this up.
How long will it take to set up my website?
This will depend on whether you have requested any changes to the standard design.
If you have requested no or very minor changes then we would expect to have your website live within 14 days.
How long will it take to set up the full service?
Assuming that we get the necessary information from you in a timely manner then we would expect to have the website, local geographic telephone number and email address set up within the first month.
In month two we will complete the submission process where we will submit your website to the search engines and submit your business details to 25 online directories. We will also complete the website analytics setup.
In month three we will complete your Google Business Listing setup and optimisation.
Can you guarantee that I will get leads?
There are two factors that are outside of our control; the search engines and the level of competition in your area.
We know from first hand experience that the strategy that we are deploying for you has resulted in new leads for other businesses.
Whilst we cannot explicitly guarantee leads for you we know that the strategy works in general and it does generate leads.
